Review: All the people that I dealt with from "The Roofer Direct" company were First Rate! They were kind and patient, answering all my questions and concerns, and willing to work with me! They never lost their confidence that things would work out between me, my insurance company and my mortgage company. They supported me with suggestions on how to overcome the latest problems with the other companies. Review: The Roofer Direct team replaced our roof in December, 2023. The work was done within one day and the new roof is gorgeous. Although the reason for roof replacement was hail damage, Tony Parker and Sterling King with The Roofer Direct had noticed problems with the old roof caused by mistakes made by a previous Austin roofing company - work done in 2009. During the installation of the new roof, Tony’s team had to replace 6 pieces of rotted decking on our roof because of the mistakes made by the previous roofers and corrected ridge ventilation problems again caused by the previous roofers. Tony Parker and Sterling King kept us completely updated about every step of the whole process and worked closely with our insurance company. I am very delighted with everything they did and we love our beautiful new roof. I highly recommend them.

Review: OUTSTANDING service from Scotty (owner) and Blake (GM) on getting a new roof for my 92 year old father. I was able to coordinate the entire job for him, from initial estimate to closing, from 1000 miles away, all by email and phone. This company went way above and beyond with the patience required to do this job, as much of it involved a lot of phone tag between them, me, the insurance company, and my father, so he was fully able to understand the new roof process. Great job on the roof and BIG THANKS again to Roofer Direct.

Review: I can honestly say this was the best experience I've ever had with any work done on any of the homes I have owned. Not only did they replace my roof, Robert also arranged for my gutters and rotten wood to be replaced. Robert and Sterling were very easy to talk to, leading me through each step of the process and communicating directly with my insurance adjuster on my behalf. Even better, very reasonable bid! I can't recommend this company and these gentlemen more!
