Review: We woke up to water dripping into our master bedroom, turned out that the seal around a roof vent had lifted up; possibly during a recent windstorm.We had and inspection within an hour of calling and had the roof repaired shortly after.I would call them again, if needed, and would absolutely recommend them to all my friends.

Review: Marcus McSpadden gave us the best experience for our roofing process. He kept us up to date and checked in to make sure we didn’t feel forgotten (our roofing process was delayed due to the crazy weather lately). Being in customer service for years, my husband and I have never been more impressed with someone. I will recommend him and Preferred Elite to any and every one I know. The roofers did an awesome job and had it complete in one day! It took no time at all for them to get started once all the storms stopped and they did a fantastic job! Review: Matt was a true professional. He called to confirm the 1st appointment, and each time thereafter, called and met with me as schedules allowed. After the insurance appraisal was complete, he worked with them to get the missed materials and times necessary to complete the job. His crew were very prompt and had the roof finished before dinner, and had spent extra time making sure there were no missed or dropped nails, tabs or shingle debris in the yard. He came out after the job was down to do a post replacement roof inspection to verify the quality, and to this day, no water leaks have occurred.I would have Matt back for any related repairs needed in the future. He helped my family get to a better place and the roof looks great.

Review: As a first time homeowner replacing any major part of your home is very nerve racking. The staff at Preferred Elite made the process so easy and convenient. They came out the day we called for our roof and had an estimate ready the same day! They had an awesome selection of different styles and colors for the roof shingles and they made the experience fun. Within a week we had a new roof and their crew was so professional they kept my yard and driveway super clean. I can’t say enough good things about this company! If you need a new roof at your house call these guys they are top notch!
