Review: So I read these glowing reviews and I wonder what happened to my experience. I had issues with my Insurance company who stated they would not cover the roof replacement from shingles blowing off of one slope. This is the third issue with my roof since building the house (thank you, MI Homes). USAA pushes back and states the "needed repairs" to my roof are under $1000 (my deductible), so I should repair the shingles myself or contract a roofing company. I thought USAA was a good insurance company until I needed to make a claim.That was in the first week of November 2023. During my removal and replacement of shingles, I found out shingles went through a standardization after my home was built in 2015. My shingles were of the old standard. This prompted me to call local roofing companies and the first one to respond was Life Roofing. On November 16 Tabitha contacted me and was extremely helpful. She contacted Bengy to come out and inspect my roof. He came out promptly and evaluated my needs. He took a shingle to consult with ITEL and determine if my shingle is still available. He also arranged for an emergency tarp for my roof. Great service to start and we discussed next steps.It is now mid-March 2024 and I am the one who had to keep calling and trying to get some information on my case. I feel like the company has ghosted me. I called the company several times in early January and nothing. No return call, no response to my VMs. I then texted both Bengy and Tabitha in Mid-January. I received a response. My shingles were apparently still available, BUT they wanted to wait and see if the stock could be depleted so they could replace my entire roof. I wanted the roof to be repaired as I expected my roof to have a future issues and can use this incident as an example of the poor roof conditions and it needs replacing. In talking with Tabitha, I requested for a quote to be sent for repairing the roof and explained my reasons for the request. That was February 7, 2024. On February 9th, I texted Tabitha and asked if a quote was sent to my email address and included my address in the text just in case. No response, no quote sent.It is now March 21st. Spring has arrived and I have not heard from Life roofing since talking with them on February 7th.I have contacted another roofing company to come out and evaluate my roof.I really liked working with Life at first. As a department head it is my responsibility to communicate regularly with stakeholders. As a business customer, I expect the same courtesy. A little communication goes a long way and I explained this to them way back in December. I hope this changes in the future.

Review: Life Roofing did an awesome job on my roof. The service was excellent. The Life Roofing staff was reliable, knowledgeable and prompt when they arrived to provide me with an evaluation of my home. Life Roofing guided me through the roofing process as well as they were here to assist me with the insurance field adjuster. My roof was completed within one day (ahead of the next storm). The entire staff at Life Roofing from the office staff to the roofers, were friendly and great to work with. The roofers also did an excellent job in cleaning up after my roof installation too! I can’t thank you enough for the excellent job you did on my roof!
