Review: I recently had the pleasure of working with Central Texas Roofing, and I am impressed with the exceptional service that Colin and his colleagues provided us. He was our main contact from start to finish. Colin inspected our roof personally, found issues caused by a recent storm, and made recommendations on how to better protect our roof from future storms and save us on heating and cooling costs.When our insurance company, Allstate, decided they did not want to pay for our new roof, Colin went to bat for us. He wrote them a letter, sent them pictures, and personally brought in other independent inspectors to get their opinions. They all stepped us through the options we had to make a case against the insurance company. In the end, his efforts were instrumental in getting Allstate to pay for a majority of the costs.The installation crew was equally impressive. They arrived early, worked clean and efficiently, and were able to complete the install in a single day. The quality was evident in the finished product. The new roof looks fantastic and should last a lot longer than the last one did.We are currently working with Central Texas to get new gutters installed. The new roof made the old gutters look bad. Central Texas installs gutters too! Based on our experience so far, I am sure we will be pleased with the gutters as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof.
