Review: Alpha Team did a great job replacing our roof after we had hail damage. It took a while for us to pick the shingle style and color because we’re also planning to replace our siding and paint our house (before we knew about the roof hail damage) and we wanted the new shingles to blend in with the new house and gutter colors that we hadn’t chosen yet. They were very patient and brought us several different shingle samples to look at. Once we selected the shingles, the job went very fast and they were very thorough. They also caught that our insurance company left something off of the damage report.Great job!

Review: Alpha Team RoofingI would like to recommend Alpha Team Roofing & Exteriors to anyone needing roofing or exterior work done to their home.I recently contacted owners Dylan Martin and Thomas Burkman concerning some roof vent issues with my home. Squirrels had chewed through the existing vents on my roof and had attempted to nest in my attic. The issue was that the builder of my home had installed a fairly common roof vent that is made entirely of plastic. It consisted of a plastic “dome” which locks into a plastic screen that rises above the roofline from the base of the vent system.The squirrels easily chewed through the screen allowing them access to the roof. And it wasn’t isolated to just one vent, it was several vents.Alpha Team Roofing did an assessment and sent Sergio out to replace the damaged vents. They responded within a week and communicated clearly about costs, installation and arrival. Upon arriving (on time), Sergio removed one of the vents to show me the extent of the damage and placed it beside the new vent to show me the difference between the two vents.The new vents were GAF vents with galvanized steel construction and heavy-duty internal screens to prevent future rodent intrusions. Review: Alpha Team roofing did a great job. I would not have gotten a new roof without them. They were able to successfully work with my insurance company that initially refused to cover the full roof replacement. A different roof company did not get as far so I am very happy they were committed to helping me.The communication was good and they cleaned up after the install. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.
