Review: March 2023We highly recommend Ace Roofing. I love my new roof, it's beautiful!Ace Roofing was a blessing in disguise. It was by fluke that I came across this company. Initially, I was calling around to Roofing Companies for information regarding another "Roofing company " that I was unable to find ANY information on.I needed a new roof. I had leaks from a previous storm. I had 2 "Roofing companies give me estimates. One roofer I liked but he started pressuring me to sign a contract and pay him upfront for his services before the first shingle was ever removed. These "RED FLAGS " were the reason I reached out to Ace Roofing. I found them online, and reached out to them for general information. To my surprise, within 10 minutes of leaving a message with a receptionist ( for a call back from anyone), an owner returned my call. I conveyed my concerns about my situation. I was reassured my concerns were valid.We have had 2 homes insured for the last 20 years and never had a claim. This was all a learning process for us. We live in the hill country and Ace Roofing is in Austin. Normally businesses don't /wont come out this far. When I asked if his company would be interested in giving me an estimate I was very surprised when he agreed to come. By the time DJ left my house I knew WE mattered. We had detailed conversations over all aspects of the project. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with solutions to alleviate any stresses I had over dealing with the Insurance company.Ace Roofing has been an absolute joy to work with. Their employees know their jobs. They are ready, willing and able to obtain the BEST results for the client. I was always kept in the loop, via phone calls, email and texts. Nothing, I mean absolutely nothing was ever done without my knowledge or consent I'm 59 and have never felt like " my money" was as good as the next person until Ace Roofing. With this company, I have never felt like just "a number " or " just another pay check". We have been treated with the utmost respect. Promises made promises kept. Review: Ace Roofing just transformed my house with a stunning standing seam metal roof, and I couldn’t be happier! I was initially hesitant about the cost, but when both neighbors are flaunting their metal roofs, and your wife keeps commenting how great they look, resistance is futile. I was initially on the fence about the cost, but after getting three competitive bids, Ace came through with by far the best pricing, so it made the choice a bit easier - so glad I went forward.Maston’s crew were absolute pros—efficient, experienced, and did an incredible job. The new 6-inch gutters? Perfect finishing touch! I had a minor issue with the gutter installation, but they came right back out and fixed it, no problem.Now, the only small downside: when they removed my skylights, instead of cleaning them before reinstallation, someone decided to draw faces and hearts in the grime. Cute? Sure. But now I’ve got to climb up there and clean them myself. I would’ve preferred they took care of that detail, but hey, everything else was top-notch!If you’re on the fence about a new roof, just go with Ace. You’ll end up with a roof so good, you’ll forgive even the little stuff!
