Review: After a spring hail storm dropped 2" hail on our neighborhood, my neighbor recommended Roof It Pros and said they were coming out to inspect his house. I asked him to send them over when they finished at his place and I am so glad he did! In an industry that can be predatory and full of scammers Roof It Pros are the good guys, the diamond in the rough that you hope you are lucky enough to find. Dylan took a look at our roof and patio and found plenty of hail damage, yet when the insurance adjuster showed up somehow he didn't find any. Dylan to the rescue! He hopped up on the roof with the adjuster and magically the hail damage appeared and our insurance covered the replacement of our roof, patio and gutters.After I found the perfect patio cover online Dylan went above and beyond to source the patio at 3 separate places and then drove down to San Antonio to see it in person and order it for us. He not only went out of his way to find the exact patio I wanted but also found us the best deal, which we super appreciate since an upgraded patio on top of our insurance deductible was a big expense for us.Dylan and Brandon themselves did the patio demo and install and they also replaced some rotten soffits and fascia boards. They are even coming back this week to install a ceiling fan on our patio. Their roof crew showed up early (6am) and by the time I got home from work around 6pm they were finished and working on cleanup. Dylan promised they would do a good job cleaning up the nails and debris and he was true to his word! It's been a couple of days and I have yet to find a stray roofing nail! The last time we got a new roof I was finding nails for literally years.If you're reading this and looking for a new roof or work done on your home: stop right now and call these guys! They are the most honest contractors I've ever dealt with and are genuinely good people, which seems hard to find in this industry. Now I just wish I had more money to spend on my house and could convince these guys to help with all the projects on my dream list! We are super happy with our new roof and patio, thanks so much guys!
